The Salt Flat Cafe, in Dell City, TX. Found amongst the Salt Flats in the Guadalupe Pass just below the Guadalupe Mountains. This building was once used in a Volkswagen Advertisement, though I can’t seem to find a copy of it online. Additionally, they make the best Huevos Rancheros I’ve ever eaten.
